Love this brand. Replaced all of my bakeware with Nordic ware and don't regret itcat all. High quality, good design and great baking. I hand wash these items inly, as the dishwasher will discolor them.
My mistake for not reading the dimensions closer. These are effectively a 11x8 pan, NOT a 9x13. I have a dinner roll recipe that requires a 9x13 and the recipe doesn't fit in these pans properly. Beware if you have a traditional recipe that assumes you have an actual 9x13 pan. To bad too because these are good quality pans.
Not really 9x 13. Measured bottom and it is 12 x 8 1/2. Too small for most recipes. Should be marked accordingly. Beware. Cardboard cover incorrect.
Nordic Ware is the best bake pans. The only brand too use.
Love the pan but the lid does not seal. It just sits on top of the pan. The way it's packaged you don't know this before purchasing and I purchased it 3 1/2 hours away from home so can't return.
Lid doesn’t latch or lock down onto pan. This cake pan and lid are ok if you don’t need to take it somewhere. The lid just lifts off so be careful when using it.
I’ve had this cake pan for years and love it, but my plastic lid is broken. I can’t seem to find a replacement lid.
I’ve not used this pan yet, but I generally love Nordic Ware. I actually got it as a gift but will not be gifting it. I’m disappointed that the plastic lid does not snap on the 9x13 baking pan. It merely sits on top, not helpful for travel, as per the reason it was chosen.. I called the company and was instructed it was to just cover, but not snap on. Disappointing.
Bought this for my daughter as an early Christmas gift. She has used Nordicware at my house and loves it. She was super excited to receive and I know she will have excellent results compared to the glass pan she was using
I have had two of the 9x13 pans with lids for easily 20 years and I love them. They're my go-to pans for sheet cakes, scotcharoos, brownies, etc. I love having the lids to seal in the freshness, and they bake evenly.
