Before purchasing this item, I was shamelessly using used dryer sheets and towels to accomplish some of the exercises. But, this is handy, smooth, easy to clean and durable. Also, it comes in a nice (reusable) box (for item storage) with instructional workouts. Great quality for the price.
Maybe I didn’t get it, but I don’t know what this item was ever created! Not safe, I will stick with the regular ab plate . Had to return it.. sorry
