This is a game changer!
I feel so lucky to have this product as part of my routine to combat multiple medical issues. It is an opportunity to set aside time for a refresh from my own home and a great way to get the health benefit of red light therapy for my whole body.

Sauna bag
Love my time in the bag! Feel so good when I get out. Purchased because my sister swears by hers! Will be purchasing one for another family member soon.

Very Relaxing & Great for Detoxification
Wow, you really do sweat in this thing! Gets super hot and I haven't yet gone up as high as it will go. First 15 minutes or so are very comforting and relaxing. Then you start sweating like crazy but that is a good thing. I have been trying to really work on health and wellness lately and detoxification is a huge part of that. I sleep better after using this as well. I definitely recommend.
