Stuff the Marmot Echo Featherless Vest into its stowable pocket and then throw it into your daypack. If the summit hike takes longer than expected and the day cools off, add it for some core warmth that won't get in the way of your movement. With featherless insulation, it will still insulate when wet.

Marmot women’s echo feather vest.

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight but also warm. I live in vests and this one is well made. My only complaint is that there is no inside pocket (like other brands) that I like to use to hold my phone.
