GreenPan X Bobby Flay Reversible Cast Iron 11" x 16.5" Grill Griddle

love this cast iron grill. I have used it on top of my burners as well as in the oven. Seasoned it and the food comes out delicious.

I absolutely love the Bobby Flay 12-inch cast iron skillet. I had used many a cast iron pan from a very popular brand that is made in Tennessee. This pan is similar in weight, and hence, heat retention for searing. But what sets the Bobby Flay by GreenPan series apart is the handles. The handles of the other brand are level and parallel to the top of the pan, as well as only being 5 inches long. The Bobby Flay cast iron skillets have handles that are slightly over 6 inches and are angled somewhat upward, which makes this pan so much easier to pick up. Also, the helper handles have enough space to actually get your fingers between the inside of the helper handle and the exterior of the pan without burning yourself. This pan is an exceptional value, and I highly recommend it for the ergonomics and the quality.

Sticks really bad. Now I just use to make bacon. Only had for two weeks.

I bought this a couple months ago when I purchased my new home. I finally used it last night, followed all instructions, washed and dried prior to using it. And my food completely stuck to the pan. It might be ruined- I scrubbed it last night and I can’t get the burnt food off! Also I noticed a sidewall has a crack in it- I’ve never dropped it.

Griddle is beautiful, Very heavy/sturdy but with handles measures 20 inches not 16.5. Returned because it was too large for my grill. 16.5 would have been perfect.

Terrible quality—everything stuck to it, and it burned my tortillas. I expected more from this product; it is very disappointing. I have photos, but I can't post them here—so you can't see just how bad it is.

Very good product and very durable and optimal cost

This does a great job to cook on. Being cast iron keeps it evenly hot. Being to choose flat or grill, it’s great.
