I have not used it yet but it is definitely better than the first carry-on I had not bought from Macy's but this one I love it the handles are sturdy and the wheels rotate in the 360°.
The case looks cute but it arrived cracked. Have to send this broken one back and wait for a new one. It’s annoying

I ordered the bag. there are no zipper pulls on the zippers on the cloth part on the bottom. I ordered another and found the same problem.
My package never arrived AND every single link I have clicked on - via email from Macy's and Macy's website - takes me to a site that says "Access Denied." Plus there is NO PHONE NUMBER so that I can speak with a real person. Macy's now owes me a refund, but how in the world will I ever be able to get it???
It’s a perfect travel companion. Very sleek nice shape, easy to pack clothes or anything you need to, separate laundry bag to use for laundry or shoes. Overall perfect carry on I can recommend to my friend and family.
First of all, the color on this 22" carryon is adorable! The soft mauve will definitely stand out in a sea of boring black and navy bags! The main inside compartment is zippered and very deep. I was able to pack for 4 days (and could have packed more)- 4 tops, 4 pants, 4 underwaear/socks, nightgown slippers, and extra tennis shoes. Plus I added my curling iron and cosmetic bag...with room to spare! One of the main things I want on a suitcase is GOOD wheels. These wheels glide smoothly, turn easily, and worked great. The inside zippered cosmetic bag offered me more space for all those "what if" items I always stick in for a trip as well. The outside is hard which will help protect the items inside. The handle goes up and down easily. The only thing I would be somewhat concerned about are the zippers. They are plastic and travel is hard on zippers. Mine have held up well so far though! Cute fashionable suitcase for a quick trip to see the girlfriends, parents, or handle that business trip.
I am not a fan of hard sided cases, but the main reason I did not like the flight p[lan spinner is that it is a clam shell. Your have to spread out both sides in order to pack so it requires a lot of space. In addition the color looks a bit more lavender than gray.
One of the most amazing suitcase I have ever seen. Pale blue is so eye-catching. It feels luxurious and just fun to use. It is very sturdy and spacious. I am going to buy bigger suitcase in same color.
This is a cute rolling luggage just right for a young girl. It is a great color that stands out, and it holds a lot. The wheels roll smoothly and the handle is helpful. However, it is soft side plastic luggage which might not hold up well in an airport carousel . Otherwise, a good buy.
