Just okay
The wreath does not look as good as the one in the picture. It doesn’t have a hanger on the back and one of the owls was installed upside down. The owls are really cute but unlike the picture the pinecones are not frosted. Sorry but it’s just okay.

Incorrect product received due ordered item being
I ordered 2 snowy owl wreaths. I received 2 candle holders. I called customer support and got a refund issue and a return label for the incorrect product received. The snowy owl wreaths are no longer in stock so I can’t place another order. Now I have to take the time to print out the return label and take the package to the UPS store. I wished Macys would have cancelled the wreaths and not sent me an item that I did NOT order. I understand that items sell out. I don’t understand why Macys sends me an item I didn’t order and then wants me to spend my time returning it.
