SEARING FRY PAN
I love this pan, I got it for searing salmon works perfect, salmon stuck to pan after cooking was concerned about clean up, hand washed in sink after it cooled down in warm soapy water mild soap, comes with scrapers light use removed the food, very heavy, heavier than I thought
