They're solid and heavy duty in a way that feels totally different from the flimsy bowls I've used before. The small handle on the side is such a smart design touch, it makes it so much easier to hold the bowl steady while I'm scraping out batter with my other hand. Overall I'm really impressed with the quality and how easy they are to use day to day. I'm already planning to get more Hestan products.
