I bought a beautiful Skagen ladies watch but sadly it was not fit for purpose. The main clasp when closed wouldn’t open. I already own a Skagen watch so knew how the clasp should work. I must say there was no problem with the refund and the money was back in my bank account fairly quickly. I am very sad this happened as I did love the watch but didn’t feel confident taking a replacement watch.

Beautiful petite watch but the band is not easy to adjust
I wanted a delicate watch that was chic and this is it! It’s perfect!

Beautiful watch - holds up pretty well while looking dainty and cute. I've gotten lots of compliments and some friends have even gone on to purchase it themselves!
Don’t buy the quality is poor. Regret buying and the discount doesn’t work.
