The 1/2 cup size amounts to almost 3 ounces of protein, give or take. I not only use these for snacks, but to portion out my protein for the week as well. Stacks up easy in a slim design and takes up minimal space in the fridge. No guess work when prepping meals and easy to clean. Will be buying more!
I bought these because they are lighter to transport than my glass dishes on the go but the very first time I used them one of the lids shattered. I'm not a big fan of plastic but had higher hopes for the quality. I've had been experience with reused take out containers.
