Zulay Kitchen Large Premium Garlic Press Set - Bigger Bowl for Bigger Garlic

I purchased this for my son who is very good cook I call him master chef. This item in black peels its coating which the coating gets into your food. For me this should not happen. We didn't notice this until after the 30 day return policy and Macy's would not refund or credit my acct for this item. This is definitely a defected product that should not be sold to anyone and shame on Macy's for not recognizing this products defect and refunding my money or least a credit. This to me is like recall notice for this product which must allow a refund.

I've already thrown this away because it broke after maybe 6 times using it. I could see where the little holder for garlic was coming away from the base and the press part would not line up and would not work. I ended up getting another one of a different brand.

I have been seeing this all over place when watching cooking videos. I have been so against lil cooking tools. I broke down and bought one. I was totally impressed, it cuts my time significantly when cooking . Idk why I waited so long. It is well made. The bowl is so wide, I’m able to put my garlic clove in no matter the size. Besides elephant garlic of course. I love it and glad I bought it.
