[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Bench! Solid design and is large enough for my 6'4 husband without being flimsy. You can tuck the bench away when not in use saving a lot.of space. The rack itself is relatively short so if your planning to do squats it might be tough.

I received the Adjustable Strength Training Workout Balanceform Station by BalanceForm and I would suggest to have a helper because some things are needed more than just two hands. Not alot of parts for this workout station to put together which was good. The problem is the instructions and the bag of screws etc... Each group of screws, bolts and pins needed it's own bag with the number for which to use to put together. The parts too needed a alphabet sticker bc I was just tying to go off the pictures in the instruction booklet. The booklet instructions font need to be much bigger because sometimes I was using the wrong screw. You can barely see what parts n screws are needed to attach. Other than that it's a great machine and the best part is you can fold it up to not be in the way or taking up space.

Smaller people will do just fine with this. It holds a heavy barbell and myself but wiggles a bit when my husband uses it. I think it does the job and would recommend it.
