Made Cheaply. String Came Unraveled.

Received this as a Christmas present -- so this braclet lasted from Deceber 25th - February 18th. The string which tightens and loosens the braclet came unraveled and when I reached out to customer service they told me that since the return window closed on January 31st there was nothing they could do about it - that I would have to take it into the store, which I ordered the item online, and hope they would do something for me. This BLOWS my mind and very disappointed in Macys online customer service.

Black Cross Beaded Rope

I just received this through an order I placed online. The picture and description states the bracelet is adjustable. There is no way the bracelet can be adjusted. I will be returning it.
