The material on them is great for easy grip and the bass is good for storing. I added this to my daily routine in the morning and it feels great on my arms. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good hand weights are harder to find than you might think. I really don't like the ones that are just plain iron, because they tend to rust. Plus, they're not comfortable in my hands! (I have older hands.) I truly do not like exercising on cold days because my old weights feel like ice. These nice ones from HolaHatha are much nicer! The grippy coating will keep them from ever rusting, and they never feel cold—or hot. I also like how they are different colors and how the numerical weight is prominently displayed. If you have old iron weights, sometimes you can't tell at a glance. The weight rack is also a very nice thing to have. It greatly lessens the chances of me stubbing my toes. It organizes the weights and looks good too. I wish it was a little more sturdy, but it's not holding too much weight, so it works. I gotta go work out!
