DKNY Women's Belted Double-Breasted Trench Coat

Love the coat—so elegant !!

This DKNY womens trench coat is very cute , stylish and the denim color is so trendy. I love this coat. It is warm and has a great look.

I’d been going back and forth on this raincoat, and a great sale made up my mind for me! I’d been dithering on color- the only one I knew I wouldn’t ever get was the blue! With the beige sold out, at least in the sizes I could wear, I got the animal print! It IS stunning, but it’s NOT loud! Animal prints can be treated as a neutral, and this one is a shoe-in! It’s lovely. It’s a good mid to light weight. I wasn’t sure about which size I needed, so I ordered up, to a large. I should have taken a medium. However, this means that in the winter (we DO have a couple of weeks of winter ish temps here in the south!) I can layer a jacket or sweater underneath. It will look as good over a dress or skirt & top, as with jeans and a sweater! And boots, pumps, loafers- all will look fantastic with it! In the winter our outerwear pretty much defines our look, and this will be something to make me happy!

5 stars for the coat, 1 star for the sizing. Runs very large. Small size seemed like a large medium. Waist over 40”. This particular coat did not come in extra small, my usual size. My guess is that this very wide coat (waist well over 40”) was akin to size 6-8. I called Donna Karen; they corroborated that their sizing can be both way off and unfortunately inconsistent among their various designers.

Made well but runs big & longer than I like
