The Shark HydroDuo is a great investment for anyone who normally uses a broom and Swiffer to clean their floors. It essentially combines both steps into one convenient, more mechanical system. It gently sweeps up debris from the floor like a broom, then you can spray the cleaning solution and go back over the area to finish the job. I really like how simple and efficient it is to use. My floors are left feeling noticeably clean and smelling fresh afterward, without having to pull out multiple cleaning tools. It makes everyday floor cleaning feel quicker and much more convenient. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade if sweeping and Swiffering are already part of your normal routine!

I like my Hydrovac a lot better. The Hydroduo has a little spot for the debris and dirty water to go and does not pickup pet hair very good.

It's not what they say about its powerful suction, nor is the battery life great. This is only for small spills; it's an emergency item if there's a spill accident, similar to mopping something up with a rag, only it takes longer. The worst investment I've ever made.

I gave it to my mom who lives in a not very large apartment and has helped her too much with the cleaning. It is easy to use and also despite its design has a suction power. Its filter is easy to remove to clean it

I love this shark hydroduo , it is very powerful and performs very well without making too much noise !! Very useful for everyday use we love it a lot

The vacuum is very terrible doesn't pick up like it says it should leaves really bad watermarks on the floor would not recommend this for anybody

I got this as a gift from my son. I did not open it right away as I knew they were a piece of crap. I have a dog and it did not even pick up the dog on a hardwood floor. I would like a refund or a product that actually works in trade. It is money wasted otherwise as I cannot even sell it on marketplace. I guess everyone knew that they were crap.

I have always love my Shark vacuums, and floor care. However Ive been so disappointed in my last few purchases. They just don't pick up like they used too. The Hydroduo I received yesterday is actually the worst. It couldn't even pick up the dry debris good enough to mop. The battery doesn't last , even on one room. My duo clean detect is the same way. I bought it for animal hair, it hardly has suction and im constantly having to clean the brush roller. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU SHARK?

No suction and doesn't mop correctly. Highly disappointed as Shark has other great products. I already watched all tutorials and tried to trouble shoot. I believe these all are just defective products and feel scammed out of money because it did not state what it was supposed to do. Shark you really need to refund our purchases on this one or send us products that work!
