Huge disappointment. Bag arrived with dents and rippling from improper packaging. Very little stuffing inside of the bag to protect it and maintain shape. Leather quality was not at the level for which it was marketed - looked stamped, cheap, and flimsy. Returned immediately.
I'm enjoying the bag, this is my first tote, I ordered the Gigi and I was a little disappointed about the box. It seemed cheap. But the bag is a diamond in the cardboard box. Love the bag 😃
