Free Lancôme Génifique Ultimate Face Serum Deluxe Mini with any Lancôme Foundation Purchase

It was a promotional gift for a Lancome purchase. It says delivered by USPS on May 2 at 12 noon. And today when he came to pick up my correspondence May 4. There is nothing nor the key left by USPS to open the Locker where shipments are deposited

Was delivered. I don't understand why the free sample gift was delivered first. Why don't' I get the entire order even if it is not complete. Why ship a tiny sample bottle by itself?

Sample bottle of Génifique was empty when received. Very disappointing Unfortunately I am unable to give a review because I did not receive the product.

I never received any gifts... I received the box open and incomplete.

I did not receive this sample at home and did not see if I needed to get it at the store! Can you send it to my address please ♥️ Thank you for your attention to this matter! Blessings, MFR
