The girls can explore by moving their arms and legs to "swim" while feeling safe and independent thanks to the vest's just-right amount of support. I am so grateful to have found these and cannot express enough how lovely they are. But I loved that it kept her head out of the water. It was easy to put on and keep on. She.felt safe and I felt she was safe. The bright yellow color is nice also. The material is super soft for Foam and didnt cut I to her arms. When she outgrows this one I will be buying g her a bigger size.
