Looks good but gets too hot
The set looks exactly as in the pictures. The downside is that all items get really hot when serving hot food. I can't hold the bowl without a towel if I serve something hot in it. I've never had this experience with dinnerware before and it's very inconvenient so I'll be returning these.

Loved the color, and packaging,however…1
For the most part they were nice except for some flaws like bubbles or uneven surfaces in a few plates and also the bottom of them were rough so they could most definitely scratch any surface. I had to take a nail file and smooth them out! Packaging was great, love the color.

Nice, but problems…
The set is nice looking, simple and classic. I like the shape of the bowls being the same width from top to bottom. One plate had a small discolored area, however, and a few of the pieces had some dimpling, leaving what looked like tiny black spots. I am keeping the set since I cannot get replacement pieces for just those that are flawed and I do not want to re-pack/return the whole set. Macy’s gave me a 25% off discount code for a future order. The moral of the story is: if you want perfection, you have to go into the store and look carefully before you buy!
