Can't cook without this pan
Excellent sized pan & love the finish. Glass top enables easy viewing of food.

Not quite ideal
This pan is amazingly non-stick, and easy to handle. It only gets three stars because it is not completely flat. Oil and foods tend to move toward the outer edges.
