Treadmill motor cover was damaged, since item is from 3 party seller witch I was not aware when I bought item the process replacement is becoming complicated, iteam is heavy and doesn’t fit in my car to return to store and I don’t want to pay additional money to ship back, I’m not really happy with this purchase
The kick cover arrived broken. Contacted you all to tell you. Was told this was a third party seller and they would contact me. Hasn't happened yet. So I'm sitting here with a unit that I haven't been able to use.
