White Mark Plus Size Flared Tweed Skirt

It’s ok

This is a beautiful skirt, I ordered it to wear to a murder mystery masquerade ball (themed) party. The sizing chart said. 1X was equivalent to a size 14. I would disagree since the waistband is elastic and stretches to about a size 18. I had to sew some darts into the back to get it to fit correctly and wore it with a petticoat to give it some extra bounce. Love this skirt but will have to get it properly tailored to fit.

The black tweed look skirt is just what I have been looking for! The shimmer in the skirt adds to the sophistication of the skirt making it look more expensive than what I paid for it. I got a 1X, I wear between a extra large and a 1x in my waist, and depending on the fabric a 1X will fit. It will be a little loose in the waist as the fabric does have a little stretch. The length is midi which is what I wanted. The skirt is for late fall and winter wearing and it has a solid black lining! Make sure you know your measurements, as the waist has some stretch!

Horrible material

Not tweed! This looks awful. I am not sure what material this is but it is not tweed. It looks highly flammable.

I purchased this skirt yesterday and received the following day. I love the material, how it fits. It fits me longer because I’m 4’11 but love the length how it looks on me. I bought my size but it runs big so possible you want to size down.
