The delivery was quick, Macys site expected delivery is June 23rd. The pool was delivered on Friday and eventhough I was home they didn't ring my doorbell yet just left this raggedy tattered box in my driveway. The condition of the box is really leaving me with the feeling of dread. One side has huge look like rat holes on it the other looks like the box was already opened and returned and they used scott tape to try and close the box instead of packing tape. I guess it is my fault for thinking I could trust a third party vendor dealing with Macy's to show the customers some respect, and care when filling orders. Too scared to open the box, afraid of what we might find. Please come pick up this box.

Extremely annoyed with this pool
I don’t know if it’s the batch that we are getting the liners from but they are horrible this is the secound one that has come apart at the seam and flooded our back yard this is rediculous the liners have only lasted a week or so I’ve even leveled the ground and put sand down for softer area for it to be on and the seam still seperated like come on

The worst customer experience ever
What product that I have ever purchased. Got it home and started putting water in the pool and the liner completely separated at the weld spot and when called in got no help and they will not let you talk to a supervisor 0 stars

So much fun

Easy to install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really takes less than an hour to put up. The instructions were simple and easy to understand as a person who's never put up a pool before. It took much longer to fill but that was expected. Pool is a good size for the 4 of us. Plenty of room for baby floats and puddle jumpers.

This pool is awesome

Let me tell you at first I was a little intimidated by how many pieces this pool has but once I got to reading the directions and following them it was very easy to set up. This pool is very beautiful and fits my family of 6 very well so we can all have fun in the pool. The pump works very well and is easy to set up as well. If you are looking for a great pool with plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy this pool is for you.

Easy set up

Everything set up nicely and so far, it's held up nicely, as well. My family loves to hop in the pool to cool off and have fun! This is our first pool and so far, we have enjoyed it very much.

The material is very durable and overall the pool feels sturdy and reliable. The filter is also very powerful and keeps the water clean and fesh. It even has a ladder included!!! We love our new pool a lot!

Great for summer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Intex Prism Frame™ 15' x 42" Above Ground Pool Set is perfect for summer time. The box was actually smaller than I expected and I was able to move it around on my own and unpack everything for setup. We have never had a metal frame pool before, but this was fairly easy to set up and took just about an hour before it was ready to add water. I really like that everything needed for this was included (ladder, cover, and filter pump) although I have heard that the quality of the included pumps is not great so I may look into purchasing a better one towards the end of this pool season.

Great Pool!

and is very well made. We did add a sand filter, as we have extremely hard water, but have been pleased with the pool and pump!
