Timberland Men's Blix Slimfold Leather Wallet

It's Timberland, so I was sold on brand, but smaller and lighter than expected for quality leather. Of two items ordered, this is the only one I received now 11 days after placing my order. The other item, a pair of Levi's, is being handled by carrier On-Trac. Carrier On-Trac is completely incompetent, unable to find my address when UPS and USPS has never had a problem. Through this incompetency, I have discovered that calling he number on my Macy's card was a complete waste of time. I have spoken to an off-country call center twice, cumulatively for an hour and a half, with so far ZERO results of either getting the product I purchased, or getting a refund from Macy's. This is the second bad experience with buying on-line from Macy's. Macy's used to be a company I trust...better luck to anyone buying online through this platform....Fool me once.... you know the thing.
