#1 BEST PRODUCT I have ever purchased for back pain!! Worth every penny of my investment in $ and floor space! As a Physical Therapist for 25 years, I am familiar with most exercises, products, surgeries treatments, etc. As a back pain patient due to idiopathic scoliosis and sacroiliac joint dysfunction for 30 years, I have tried just about everything except surgery in various combinations to decrease pain and maintain function. THIS is the BEST home product! Why I LOVE it: Traction without being strapped in or hanging upside down. Complete CONTROL of intensity and location of muscle stretch and joint traction. Highly adaptable to height, weight, and target pain area. Reduced need for muscle relaxers and chiropractic treatments. I can literally walk up to it, bend down, and within 30-60 seconds feel relief from muscle spasms. I can use it anytime, multiple times a day, and go back to what I was doing with much less pain. NO, I wasn’t paid to write this... but I will entertain offers. LOL I would highly recommend as a PT that everyone considering purchasing this product PLEASE get the advice of your doctor/chiropractor/PT to make sure that it is appropriate for you. Start gently and get professional advice on the best way to utilize it for your body.

I was very pleased to find that the product was made to a very high standard and came with very comprehensive instructions. It was easy to put together & the tools came with it. Once assembled it was easy to adjust to fit my size & feels safe to use. I’ve been using it 3/4 times a day for about two week now and it is starting to help with by condition.

Well I'm not real sure how to use it. When I do use it, I can't tell that it does anything. Instructions that came with it doesn't tell you much.

I’ve had this equipment for about 3 weeks now. It was recommended by my physical therapist. I am 78 years old with one disc out of alignment, degenerated discs, and arthritis to boot. This equipment is helping.

I would easily give this a 5 star PLUS rating if you had built in one more adjustment and that is to accommodate a variation in forearm length. And if you ever do, I would upgrade.

I received this yesterday and because I was in so much pain I had a difficult time assembling it. I somehow managed to cause a nerve to be pinched from chronic disc problems and yesterday was brutal. I used the machine 3 times for about 2 minutes each time. Afterward I felt better, but this morning I had greater mobility than I have had for 7 weeks. It's really important to get the setup right. Read the directions. You won't be sorry!

I recently purchased the InLine TCS to basically replace my long used inversion table. I have moved away from using the inversion table because the boots pull on my ankles which obviously is uncomfortable, I don’t want the higher blood pressure to my head and sinuses and it is no longer convenient to get on and off. However, the inversion table has kept me free from surgery for over 30 years! Several years ago, I blew out my right Achilles tendon, which after a successful repair, left my right leg quite weak, thus putting more stress on the left side leg and hip. Over the past year, I have learned to deal with my hip issues along with low back strain and started looking for an alternative to my inversion table. I researched and found the Nubax gizmo which I thought would do the trick. However, I was concerned with some of the reviews pertaining to having to kneel down on the floor and no apparent adjustments other than the lap belt. So, I kept researching and found the inline TCS device which I was impressed with, both in quality of construction and the ability to adjust the unit. After adjusting the TCS to accommodate myself, being 6’-2” and in really good shape for a 64 year old male, I typically mount the machine and extend myself forward in order to gently rock up and down for a couple of minutes. Then I straighten my legs to stretch the hamstrings for about another minute. After that, I get up, straighten up and go on about my day feeling better. The TCS is a really great alternative to the inversion table, and is very easy to use.

1st time used felt immediate relief from backache, using daily now, sleep a lot better.Saves lot of time and money by avoiding physical therapy. Since no neurologic symptoms and surgery is only elective for pain without radiculopathy, I am avoiding neurosurgery and it's potential complications.

So easy to use and with better than expected results. I only used the InLine Traction Control System 6 times and I have not had any sciatic pain in my right leg since, and the last time I have been pain free like this has been over 5 YEARS!! Thank you for a wonderful product that I would highly recommend.
