I can't get the top to turn. I can't open the top. It's sticks so hard, I had to hammer it to get it to open. Useless!!! When I'm cooking, I don't have time to deal with this.

Great for chopping, shredding, mixing, slicing. I use at least every few days. This one is replacing one just like it. The first one lasted through 8 years of pretty heavy duty use.
