Frye Men's Tyler Flex Oxford Leather Shoe

The Laces Are A Perfect Length. Another Great Feature Is The Soles Are Reinforced At The Arch, Heel, & Toe So You Won’t Have Any “Blow-Outs”!! Highly Recommend This Shoe!!

Fantastic shoes! Exactly what I was looking for. The color, style, and silhouette works equally well for casual wear and dressier occasions. They are incredibly comfortable to boot. Just what I was expecting from Frye. I maybe would have gone a half size down due to some slight heel slippage and some extra length in the toes, but overall happy with my true-to-size choice.

Was looking for a shoe I could dress up or down with. This is quickly becoming my everyday work shoe for the office.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own two pairs of the Tylers and they are great shoes. The shoes look sharp and fit perfectly. However, the laces that come with them are way too long for a shoe with five eyelets. The laces are 44 inches, which is absurdly excessive. Even if you get creative with the lacing and/or knots, the laces are still 4-6 inches too long. Frye doesn't seem to sell replacement laces, so be prepared to go shopping for appropriately sized laces. I love these shoes but hate that I have to buy laces separately.

Pretty good shoe, well made and sturdy. I'm willing to try and break them in, but they're just a little too big. Got the 8 the smallest size offered and wish there has been a 7 1/2. The form feels more like a boot though. Really wanted a lightweight shoe. Drat.
