I purchased this toilet over a month ago. Recently finished remodeling my bathroom I installed this toilet and I can’t get it to flush. The water comes in and it sprays, I looked through the manual and can’t figure out what’s the matter?
Just ok. The first challenge is lack of instructions in English. It stopped automatically flushing, and without instructions, it's difficult to reprogram the bidet. Also, the freshener has never worked. Overall, the lack of instructions has made it very frustrating and challenging. I ordered through Macy's, thinking this was a trustworthy partnership and merchandiser.
Truly impressive item. My plumber made short work of the installation. Warm seat, warm water, warm air - very nice! Missing original aromatherapy piece. Instructions are limited by broken English. Trying to figure out the menu - bubble form function, I don’t know! Still, I’m excited! I still need a little toilet paper. No instructions regarding deodorization. I’m looking for more instructions. Thanks!
