I received the trousers packed in a clear bag, but I don't understand why the pant legs were dirty; I had to clean them with a towel because they were intended as a gift along with other items I received. It gave the impression that they had been worn or tried on without being cleaned by you, even though all the tags were attached. It was a very disappointing experience.
