I just cannot get these to stay in my ears, and obviously they cannot be returned, so they are a waste of money

A great product very reliable and very crisp and clear sound

This turned out to be a dissappointment in terms of sound quality, very little presence and sounded thin without substance. I wish I could return this for the top-of-the-line WH-1000M5 or M6 model. Form factor and fit are OK.

I bought them less than a month ago. So far very positive experience. The battery duration seems great to me. I used them quite often for calls and listening to music and podcasts. The audio quality is good especially compared to the price. The use in itself is very simple to understand. And lastly they're comfortable to wear
