I love the comfort of the shoe. The shoes run larger in size. Return for smaller size.

I purchased three pairs as gifts for my girls for Christmas. Only one pair was sent even though they put all three under that one tracking number. When I notified Macys they said they couldn’t do anything because its through a third party vendor even though Macys is actively selling it through their website. I can’t get an answer from the seller or any help from Macys. Its wrong to do this to customers and allow their money to be taken. Do not purchase!!!! You will not receive your product and no one will do anything about it.

These shoes are very hard to walk in. They seem stiff. I unfortunately had to return them.

Very cute, on trend style. I normally wear a woman's 7.5. They only have whole sizes though. So I ordered a 7 and 8 in Tan. The 7 was too small plus wrong color was sent (beige). I returned those. The 8's fit but are a bit big. I took out the insoles and put in my own insoles that have arch support. Def made a difference. The big problem is how these shoes are made, the openings are too big so they flop quite a bit as I walk. Walk slow to prevent the shoe from flying off your foot. I pan to hand sew the top crease to make the opening tighter. For the price i decided to keep them bc I really needed warm house slippers. I just wish they had half sizes.
