Hi, My request to all customers who are looking into this product specifically those who are try to do last minute shopping, please don’t buy this product. I ordered this wedge online. Beautiful color but product was damaged. Right shoe is wider than left. Doesn’t look like new or it might be a very old expired pair. I initiated a return online and sent it back to the seller via UPS. Product is sent back to me with a note that after inspection they made the decision that this return cannot be accepted. I have no idea what to do with this wedge. This is my first bad experience at Macy’s in years. I would like to make a request to Macy’s customer service to stop selling this product at Macy’s. This type of sellers are definitely a bad add.
The opening at the toe of the shoe is to wide, it allows too much of the foot to go through the opening and causes pain across the top of the foot.
They look amazing, but one of them is a bit uncomfortable to wear. It hits you at the bottom of the strip.
