These earbuds are almost perfect! I love the noise-cancelling feature for everyday use and staying focused. The sound quality is incredible! I was a little hesitant about them being in-ear, but in the end, they fit really well and are comfortable in my ears. I also love that you can switch out the ear tips to find the right size for you. The only downside is that I often accidentally catch the earbuds when moving my hair, for example, which can make them pause. Sometimes, when I take them out of my ears, whatever I was listening to keeps on playing. Also, the ear cushion around the earbuds sometimes slip off since I switched to a smaller size. I'm a little worried about losing them. Overall, I would not go back to other earbud brands! I'm very satisfied.

Quality sound, but max volumne could be higher & whilst ANC is good, it's not leading edge; specifically still allowing voices to enter!
The noise cancelling is great but I find them super uncomfortable. I have the smallest ear plug rubber on it and my ears hurt.
I bought these a few weeks ago and absolutely love them. Would highly recommend them to anyone.
I used to have Apple headphones, but I lost them a few times in my Neighbourhood parking my car or walking my dog this ones are better hold
Great sound as would be expected with a Bose product. Charging case feels a bit cheaper than I would expect. Most importantly, the Bluetooth connection keeps failing. The charging is good.

The sound of these is phenomenal. The battery life is great. I haven't quite gotten the fit right and am still experimenting to see which tip and which wing works best in which ear. The only 2 things I have issues with are the touch sensitivity, I appreciate all of the functions available but anything that even grazes one of the buds stops the playback, and the voice control. When it works it is fabulous but unfortunately unless you are in very quiet surroundings, the microphone is overwhelmed and simply doesn't work. I would highly recommend these, they just need some getting used to,
I expected better sound from Bose. I have numerous Bose items and a little disappointed.
Comfort level is weird. They fall out too easily and move around. The sound quality is amazing. I want to return them to be honest.
