Beautiful ruffle sleeve tie-neck blouse. Very soft polka dot fabric with a front panel lining. However it runs very, very small with little buttons, so I had to return it to the store.
Nice professional top. Hangs well. Better without a bow I think just with box knot. Lightweight perfect for summer work clothes. Wasn’t expecting to like it so much but love it.
