I ordered a black leather bag but instead I got a black and white wool patterned purse.

I ordered one handbag, but they sent me a different one.

This is so unacceptable. I’m traveling and I received the wrong bag wrong color.terrible customer service

Rec'd wrong bag. Called to rectify and they sent another but sent to the wrong address. Will not send another until the other one shows delivered to the wrong address. Utterly ridiculous, Cancelled the order. 40 mins on the phone w/cust svc to get nowhere. Will never use again.

My friend and I compared measurements shown against another purse I have and appeared to be the same size. However, this is MUCH MUCH smaller than anticipated. I thought from pictures that it was a "cleaver design" with "thoughts of ease" with card slots built into sides of purse. No, it's because you could not fit even a very small wallet (card only) in this puse. It's a cute, well made purse but I should have gotten the tote which I actually fell for in the store instead of getting this one online. So beware if you actually want to carry anything of significance.

Not only is this bag of high quality, the color is striking and the leather soft and smooth.
