The shoes are cute, but I have ordered a 9.5 two times and they have sent 8.5 each time. I give up.

Please order a larger size! This shoe is beautiful but runs small

3 stars because Macy's can't get the order right. The shoe is nice. I think they run big because the 6.5 almost fit my size 8 foot I received this shoe yesterday from Macy's. I ordered a size a size 8 and 8.5. I received a size 10 and 6.5. Come on. The shoe is nice if you can get the size you ordered

I loved the shoes but you send me the wrong size, I ordered size 7.5 and you send me size 9. I returned them to the store today. Unfortunately I was not able to re-order them.

The photo and description do not match and I got the boots instead of the shoe I wanted.

I ordered these shoes in the medium red and although it’s a lovely color (deep burgundy), it didn’t match my dress. I kept those and ordered the black pair. I’m a 7-1/2 so I sized up to 8 for a better fit in the pointy toe cap. These shoes are truly beautiful and, more importantly, they are very comfortable. They were perfect for all day wear as the mother-of-the-bride and I felt so stylish in my pointy, rhinestone, kitten-heeled shoes! I received many compliments and am now very eager to wear the deep red ones during the holidays. A big plus, too…the price is great!

If I could give these shoes 10 stars I would. I wore these to my son's wedding and danced all night! They never hurt my feet and I was able to walk the next day. I could not have been happier with these shoes. I loved the embellishment and the pointy toes. Best dressy shoes I ever purchased.
