Just got this yesterday and already I love it. It heats the water so much faster than the microwave. I look forward to making my morning tea every day. Great so far

Hot water kettle
I like the hot water kettle because it is easy to use.

It gets hot and melted in the bottom, smells bad , can makes fire any time, I don’t recommend using at all

Badly Damaged
This item arrived so broken that I couldn’t take it out of the box! Not properly protected! Customer service advised me to throw it as it couldn’t be taken back now Macy’s is telling me in order to get my money back the item should b returned

Great Kettle
This kettle is great! It heats up almost 2 qts water in about 2 min and auto shut off with full boil. It’s compact and the kettle lifts off the base, no cord!
