Claritin Ultimate Allergen Barrier Firm Density Gusset Pillow, King

I wanted to replace Claritin pillows originally purchased at BBB. This pillow appeared to be almost identical. While a nice pillow, it is not what’s advertised here and not anywhere near the same quality of the pillows I purchased at BBB. Somehow, more expensive at Macy’s? The cover they refer to is the pillow itself, not a removable cover as I thought (could be my misunderstanding). The tag states spot clean only while the site says machine wash. The pillow was folded in half and shrink wrapped leaving a divot in the center. I could purchase the same pillow for far less somewhere else.
