It’s been 10 days since I placed my order and still it hasn’t been delivered.

My likes the shoes. I think it is a good choice.

I only tried the shoes on once to check the fit, and the front already started to crease. It’s disappointing to see visible folds appear so quickly, especially without any actual use. For a dress shoe, I expected the leather to hold its shape better.

I ordered this shoes last month but until now I don’t receive it.

I returned this item and was supposed to receive a gift card as a refund. However, despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter through customer support, I was repeatedly assured it would be taken care of, but I never received the gift card. Now, more than a year has passed, and they claim they cannot do anything about it. It is incredibly frustrating, and I have just given up. I will never buy anything from them again and will discourage my friends from shopping there as well.

We did not have a good experience. The shoes themselves had creases on the toes box, stickers/tags/shoe bags were missing, sock lint was visible, etc. The shoes also arrived in a extremely damaged box. They obviously in previously worn. Be sure check your package when it arrives. Even if the outside packaging envelope is in good condition, the inside shoe box may be damaged. Had to return the shoes to an in-store location and was able to find the replacement.
