Bag was somewhat wet on arrival but can’t exchange cause I’ve no time. However, the quality is good and bag looks nice, as show in the picture.

This is a replacement for a Recon backpack. The Base Camp did great on a recent international trip. Roomy but not overly large. Love the extra large water bottle holders. Great job North Face on another superb backpack!

So many spaces for my stuff, perfect for hiking

Great backpack! Perfect for short trips or day adventures and/or work. Has enough space for a change of clothes and a laptop or ipad, potentially both. Rugged and lightweight.

I bought this to carry my pickleball gear because of the flat bottom. My last TNF daypack had a rounded bottom, and it would always roll over onto its front. I couldn't even lean it against a wall unless I leaned the front against it. This made it more difficult to access the contents of any of the pockets (except for the water bottle pockets on the side). This frustrated me for a couple of years. Looking for a new daypack, I noticed that a lot of them have rounded bottoms. Then I saw this one. It's perfect, will stand upright alone, and it gets a lot of compliments. It's water resistant too (maybe waterproof?), so I plan on taking it to Hawaii this winter.

I absolutely love this backpack. I wear every day to school. I wish I had more side pouches in the top pouch, but I love the accessibility for carabiners on the sides and the holes for water in the water pouches so great backpack. A folder slide could also fit in the main zip area.

Great quality as expected.

Lightweight And comfortable, wish the zippered pockets had more depth.
