The gel flap gives you a more gentle massage it you don't want an aggressive one. I did not expect this massage pillow. You relieved my back aches. I thould it was a cheap black Friday type product, but it was far from the case. HIGHLY recommend!

It's comfortable on my back, shoulders, as well as my neck. The message feature works very well for me, but I wish it heated up a bit more and had message level options. The cooling pad was also a nice touch as it did help with some of my aches. 4/5 starts only because I'd like higher heat options and different message options.
