It isn't very heavy, the materials seem pretty sturdy. Nothing sticks to the surface. It washed up very easily. I recommend these pans!

The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem. You will not be disappointed!
