Seat is miserably uncomfortable Thought I could have app on TV Phone app wants everything but my 1st born

I don’t know about you, but I am tired of everyone asking for a review. I went to the dentist 3 times one month and they asked me for a review each time. How many ways can I say I was satisfied with an appointment?! Well, Sunny NEVER asked me for a review but I feel compelled to write one, and there are not enough ways for me to express how PLEASED I am with the Row-N-Ride. For one, it is very sturdy -- I did not expect it to feel so safe and substantial. I have it on carpet so sliding is not an issue. It keeps track of the number of reps, calories burned, and elapsed time and will save that info for days until I press the ‘big red button’ to reset everything to zero. I play my favorite song-of-the-moment while using it and now know how many reps I can expect per play. After watching some of the videos, I learned how many different muscles you can target for development. I originally purchased it just for thighs and glutes. I had planned to put it in a corner of the bedroom but decided to keep it in the living room for a while because it is fun and I want to use it more than I ever expected. I’ve had it for a few weeks and still feel the same way. I just LOVE this ‘squat bike!’

I have enjoyed it, it is easier to do squats on it, I definitely will reorder when this one gives out, thank you very much.

I love the Row and Ride! It is the perfect size for my space and has helped with my posture after just a couple uses. It is the best exercise equipment I have purchased to hit every muscle group that I need worked out.

My daughter and Alternate days on the Row and ride doing strength training on opposite days. We are 🔥.
