I LOVE this bag. It has so many pockets. My only complaint is that it doesn't have a zipper expansion. I was able to fit a week's worth of clothes and 2 pairs of shoes, Toiletries, and several chargers all in the same bag. Its compact enough too, even fully stuffed, it fit in the floorboard of my front seat

I opened my box this morning and checking out the bag and found someone’s hand sanitizer and a necklace in a zippered compartment. Upon further inspection, I also found two stains on the bag. Macy’s sold me a used bag! I have 7 other Travelpro bags and all purchased at Macy’s online. I’m very disappointed in what I received.
I ordered this Travelpro Duffel to go with my Travelpro carryon set bought from Macys several years ago. While it appears the duffel is Travelpro quality, Macys decided to ship me one from a store vs a warehouse. It was shipped in just a PLASTIC BAG and arrived yesterday, deformed and damaged. The bottom is collapsed and the bag is bent. It is also MISSING the shoulder strap shown in the description and photos. ?? Very disappointed that Macys thinks it is okay to throw an expensive piece of luggage in just a plastic bag for shipping. No padding or protection. Not even an inner bag. It should have been shipped in a box at least. Plus missing the shoulder strap?? Very disappointed to receive it in this poor condition - and I needed this for an upcoming trip.
Been looking for a great carry-on bag. I’m constantly buying something and then not happy with it later on. This one is great! I love the bottom area to put a pair of shoes. Actually, we were able to fit two pair down there. My favorite thing is being able to see everything inside easily when you unzip the top. Bag also is sturdy and keeps its form so you’re not digging for stuff that you can’t see.
So happy I bought this bag! It's the best carry on I've ever traveled with & is a must have when not checking any luggage.
A little larger than I wanted but seems to be made well, has a good layout and the price was excellent.
Was looking for carry-on to match my set. The bag is bulky, wish it were a little smaller. Would have been nice if it had a sectioned area for laptop/iPad. Overall a nice looking bag.
