I am 5’4” and about 135 lbs. This coat is a little longer than I would like, but at the same time it fits well everywhere and provides the warmth I was looking for. It has zippers at the bottom sides so it’s “adjustable “ in that way. I really like it and will put it to good use walking my dog in the winter months.
Ordered for a trip and took so long for delivery, I was already gone. Went to return in store 3 weeks later when I returned home from my trip. Was told I missed the return window. They start it from when you order, not when you return. Even when I clearly stated on my Macys return order I still had 5 days. Macys would not return in store! Had to haul it back box and all to the car and wait for the return label in my email so I could then take it to the post office. Got the email 3 days later saying I had missed the return window. Extremely frustrated!! Macys should have returned it when I was in the store!

I LOVE my new Lands' End coat - just in time for some arctic weather in MA; VERY warm, great hood, nice deep pockets, 2 way zipper convenient and side slit zippers also convenient as coat is pretty long; very warm and not that thick and bulky; I don't usually post but I really like this coat and very happy w/ the purchase
