This lamp was just what I needed for my reading nook. The base is heavy so you don't have to worry about it falling over. It was easy to put together. Very stylish.

So far so good. An attractive stylish lamp that meets my expectations for function. I would recommend purchasing. It was exactly what was described, and I am well pleased.

While I would have preferred a little smaller lamp shade, I love the color and sleekness of the lamp, which I have by my bedside.

Good but shade is too long.

I asked a friend where he got this nice floor lamp/reading lamp and when I looked into it the lamp was close to $600 which was way out of my price range. I found this one for such a great price online and it looks just as good in person.

This is a beautiful attractive lamp, purchased to sit beside my comfortable reading chair. Although I have only had it for two days, a couple design flaws are evident. One is the foot on/off switch. If it is sitting beside/behind a reading chair, then it would be much easier to have a switch on the stand or near the shade. The lamp itself at full extension is just barely high enough. More rotation of the lamp shade or the part of the arm attached to the shade to properly point the light is also needed. I do like the overall style and attractiveness of the lamp.

This is a great looking lamp that was reasonably priced. I love its clean, angular lines. It throws off just enough light to illuminate my piano keys and music, so it is functional as well as beautiful. Putting it together was easy enough except for screwing the stem onto the base per the directions; I couldn't get the threads to line up properly. The solution was to screw the base onto the pole. This worked perfectly.

I received it a few months ago; assembly was easy. Very attractive. The color is brighter, more like brushed gold which is actually good looking. Looks more expensive; my only wish is that it was a dimmable lamp. Small footprint , contemporary, glam. I am purchasing another. I tried finding one I liked as well with a dimmer. But the only ones that came close were hundreds more and not that much sharper looking. ( Kind of a Serena & Lily look). We have it next to our sofa and use it for reading. Will purchase a dimmer for both.
