Bodum Chambord 8 Cup French Press

This is my first french press. I love the coffee. I like th borosilicate glass so its light weight but durable. I wish the metal frame was a bit sturdier- it's fine but a little flimsy for a Bodum product. And I also wish the top strainer was stainless and not plastic. The mesh press is stainless which is great but then you pour your coffee out of a plastic strainer.

Works great, however it is 4 cups (measured) not 8.

You are going to get 2.5 cups of coffee. That's it. But, it will taste delicious.

ok for small batches delicious coffee the French way use good coffee grind the beans be patient !

It's perfect!! I like the way it looks, I like the way its made (every piece is made quite sturdy), I would recommend to anyone that likes French Pressed coffee as much as I do!!

Perfect for someone who only drinks 1-2 cups a day. Makes a very good cup of coffee. The carafe has a tendency to slide out of the metal frame if you're not careful.

I use it everyday. It’s perfect but it would be best to get a smaller size if you are just going to make a cup or two in daily basis. Over all great product, easy clean up.

Ordered online and received the metal filters one would expect with the Bodum, unlike other sellers that sell plastic, glued-together filters at the same price. A Bodum purchaser would never expect plastic filters. You can count on the best product from Macys!
