Live the look and zipper closures. It does seem the fabric is going to snag very easily.

I bought this because the color was listed as gold. It is practically colorless. I want to return it.

The fabric is very high quality, but when it's on the bed the color is plain, boring beige. No contrast.

I love the color and drape of this cover! Perfect for our summer bedding.

I've purchased items from the Hotel Collection in the past and reqlly enjoyed the quality of the products. However beautiful the duvet cover is, it was not worth the hefty price tag. Upon the first wash, the ripped started ripping away from the rest of the fabric. There are also multiple pulls in the fabric which is disappointing.

Not my style

I ordered this set for the enjoyment of the New Year. It was not stated how it would be delivered to me. I contacted Macys directly after via chat . Six times I was cut off . I called in the Morning only to be told they could not change my shipping method to UPS who brings it to my home. USPS does not, as we do not have mail carriers in my town. Therefore I would have to drive to town, load my car full, carry it up 16 steps . I was told they could not change the shipping so I said cancel the order. I was told they can only do that 30 minutes after the order, which as I said the chat didn't allow me to. Now I am told they sent it anyway. I will return all unopened immediately to you via your shipping company and expect a full refund .
